Washi tape toilet paper roll owls [wp_ad_camp_1] The kids were bored this morning so we decided to dig through the craft box! These are made with just a few simple items!  Need:  Colored Tape (I prefer paper washi tape since you can re-position it) Scissors Glue Embellishments for eyes and beaks!  I cut about 3 inches at a time off of the paper towel roll.
